Todd is an attorney and contract specialist with over 20 years of experience helping companies operate more efficiently. He is committed to lowering costs and increasing profitability for clients and has done so practicing law, working for technology service providers and representing numerous clients in negotiating with their own service providers. Todd is skilled at seeing both sides of a negotiation and creating “win-win” outcomes for clients. He helps clients leverage contract terms and conditions, along with pricing, to secure the best possible outcome for the client.

Todd volunteers with Meals on Wheels delivering healthy meals to individuals in his community. He also serves on the boards of Would-Works and Mind Shift.
